Each MALAN piece is hand-painted and made to order, making it uniquely yours. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Each MALAN piece is hand-painted and sealed for durability, but should still be treated with care to preserve its artwork.

• Avoid excessive rubbing or scratching on painted areas
• Do not machine wash or soak
• Spot clean gently with a soft, damp cloth
• Keep away from harsh chemicals, alcohol, and oils
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water (light splashes are fine, but not waterproof)
