All MALAN pieces are handmade and hand-painted in Brisbane, Australia. Processing time may vary depending on the item ordered.​
Processing Time

Ready-made items: 3–5 business days

Custom orders: 2–4 weeks depending on design complexity

During collection launches or events, processing may be longer
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within Australia
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.

Standard shipping — $15 AUD

Express shipping — $25 AUD
Delivery times depend on your location.

International Shipping
International shipping is calculated based on weight and destination using Australia Post rates.

Shipping may be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately if manual calculation is required.

International customers are responsible for:

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item is faulty.​​
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Ready-Made Items
Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

Item is in original condition

Customer pays return shipping
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
MALAN Art Studio offers custom hand-painted pieces.
By placing a custom order, you agree to the following:
