• Full payment is required before painting begins • Customers will be contacted after purchase to arrange submission of their item (if applicable) • If MALAN sources the item, additional costs will be added • Design will be confirmed prior to painting

• Custom orders: 5–10 business days after final confirmation and item receipt • Ready-made items: shipped within 2–4 business days • Processing times may vary depending on design complexity

Each MALAN piece is hand-painted and sealed for durability, but should still be treated with care to preserve its artwork.

• Avoid excessive rubbing or scratching on painted areas • Do not machine wash or soak • Spot clean gently with a soft, damp cloth • Keep away from harsh chemicals, alcohol, and oils • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight • Avoid prolonged exposure to water (light splashes are fine, but not waterproof)
