If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To preserve the beauty of your hand-painted piece:
• Avoid excessive friction or scratching on the painted area
• Keep away from prolonged moisture or soaking
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
• Gently wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth
• Do not use harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners
